ABOUT JUICE HOUSE

THE JUICE HOUSE MISSION Juice House was founded by University of Toledo students and local community members who recognized the need for healthy living among college students on the UT campus. Juice House facilitates opportunities for and provides a healthy ecology for developing and appreciating a healthy lifestyle. Our principle avenue involves connecting people inside and outside of the vast UT community to create a culture of health that reaches beyond the sphere of academia to impact the overall health of our beloved city. Juice House exposes members of the Juice House community to the knowledge and benefits of healthy thinking (including juicing), and endeavors to provide an educational locale for students, staff, alumni, health educators and community members wherever healthy living is taught, embraced, and enjoyed in the city of Toledo and its surrounding regions. REDEFINING JUICE Juice is not only juiced fruits and veggies. Juice is anything you take in or experience that provides vitality and happiness. Juice House hosts all types of events such as "Juice is in the Air," "Dancing with Juice," "Plantrician Project: Toledo Review," "All Lotus Party," etc. We "juice" on happiness! STUDENTS, COMMUNITY, CITY Juice House targets students and community members to help build a healthier city. We engage people from all different majors and professions. The organization is open to any Toledoan who wishes to pursue a healthier lifestyle and desires a group of people to support them. As a student organization, Juice house has worked in partnership with local brands and even national corporations. Sponsors such as Kroger and Vitamix support our endeavor to transform the city's diet, both mentally and physically. |
