- 2 cans black beans
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Chopped onion (your desired amount)
- Flaxseed & water mixture (1 tbsp flaxseed to 3 tbsp water)
- Seasonings of choice
Mix mixture together and shape to desired size burger. Cook in a pan till brown on both sides.
Enjoy with or without bun and with favorite toppings! 🙂
