“The Juice” Login Issue and Solutions


Important Notice: Some members of the Juice House organization have been encountering a login problem when trying to access the chat feature within our app. They receive an error message stating, “Token verification failed. Please go back and try again.”


1. Retry Login:

  • On the login screen, locate and tap the arrow button positioned in the upper-left corner.

  • This action will open a pop-up login window, allowing you to make another attempt to enter your login details.

  • For your convenience, we have included screenshots to guide you through this process

2. Reset Password:

  • If the first step doesn’t resolve the issue, consider resetting your password.

  • Simply click on the “Forgot your password?” link located below the “LOG IN” button on the login screen.

  • After clicking, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to regain access to your account.

3. Reinstall the App:

  • In the event that neither of the above solutions works, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app on your mobile device.

  • After reinstalling, attempt to log in again and see if the issue is resolved.
