CURRIED VEGETABLES

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 4 celery stems
  • 1 potato (all cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil (or you can use water) 
  • Indian curry powder
  • Indian vegetable powder
  • Salt
Procedure:
1. Heat vegetable oil (or water)

2. Add the carrots, potato and celery and stir fry them until they are soft
3. Put suitable salt to taste and put the all the things into a container
4. In the same pan, heat vegetable oil
5. Put the onion into the pan, stir fry until the fragrance comes out, then put one tablespoon Indian curry powder into the pan and make it even
6. Put cauliflower pieces into the pan and make it even with onion, cover the pan and let the steam cook the cauliflower soft
7. Put one tablespoon of Indian vegetable powder and suitable salt into the pan and mix well
8. Put cauliflower and onion into the container
9. Mix everything in the container
