ROASTED CARROT FRIES

  • Carrots
  • Fresh rosemary
  • Fresh sage

Instructions:

1. Slice carrots into half or quad sticks depending on the size of the carrot.
2. Toss carrots with olive oil
3. Evenly distribute carrot sticks in baking pans
3. Sprinkle rosemary and sage pieces on carrots sticks evenly.
4. Bake at 400 F for 1.5 hours, flip each carrot sticks every half hour.
5. When carrots shrink with some burnt on the surface, it’s done and it’s sweet!
